Quickpath Solutions limited is based in Entebbe – Uganda with Head Office Located in Entebbe Town. The company was formed in reaction to the need for professional and quality Internet Technical Support Services in Uganda. Uganda’s ICT expertise has been very low and the recent availability of fiber access to the region which has greatly reduced operational costs of ISP, which has in turn led to the robust increase in the number of Internet Service Providers in the region that has further strained the IT support resource availability. ISPs normally provide support up to the clients’ termination point, with the customer responsible to manage his own Local Area Network. Owing to the limited knowledge of the frequently emerging new technologies, most customers cannot deal with their internet technological needs.
